The Pranic Body and the Nervous System
This workshop introduces Prana, a key ingredient to healing, vitality and overall wellbeing. Through the experience of Prana in Breath (Pranayama) one can receive immediate understanding of the benefits and connect to the energetic (spiritual) self. Kundalini Yoga is a practice of combining rhythmic movement and breath, to bring balance to the various systems of the body, mind, and soul. Tasha’s guidance includes yogic and western science interwoven throughout this workshop for a deep, integrational experience.
